AI Tokens Usage Terms
AI Token Usage Terms – Effective 23 October 2026
By using the AI features, you accept these AI Tokens Usage Terms.
1. SCOPE
These terms apply to the use of the AI features of the Frisbii platform with AI Tokens, whether the AI Tokens are free or paid.
They supplement the General Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, these terms prevail for AI Tokens.
2. DEFINITION
AI Tokens are a unit used to measure the use of Frisbii AI features.
They are not crypto-assets, are not recorded on a blockchain and have no cash value. They are not a means of payment or electronic money.
They can only be used in the Frisbii platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
3. MONTHLY ALLOWANCE AND EXPIRY
AI Tokens are made available as a monthly allowance at the start of each calendar month.
Unused AI Tokens expire at the end of that month and are not carried over.
4. CONSUMPTION
The number of AI Tokens used per action is set out in the rate card
Frisbii may update the rate card by giving at least one (1) months’ notice, which may be given on the invoice, by email or in the platform.
If you do not accept the updated rate card, you may terminate your paid AI Tokens plan by providing written notice, either by a signed letter or by email, within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the notification of the change, in which case the paid AI Tokens plan will terminate at the end of the then-current monthly period.
The termination notice must be received by Frisbii within this fifteen (15)-day period
Any update applies only on the first day of a calendar month.
5. FREE AI TOKENS
Free AI Tokens may be offered for a limited period, stated in the offer sent to you.
Their use creates no obligation to subscribe.
At the end of that period, the free allowance ends automatically unless you have subscribed to a paid plan.
6. WHEN AI TOKENS RUN OUT
If you use all your AI Tokens during a month, the AI features are unavailable until the next month, unless you choose to subscribe to or upgrade a paid plan.
No additional AI Tokens are charged without your express choice.
7. AI OUTPUTS
AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors.
You should review them before relying on them or sending them to third parties.
You remain responsible for the decisions you take based on them.
The liability provisions of the General Terms & Conditions apply.
8. DATA
Customer data processed by the AI features is handled in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement.
Third-party AI providers act as sub-processors listed in that agreement.
Customer data is not used to train third-party AI models.
9. FAIR USE
You must not use the AI features unlawfully or try to bypass the measurement of AI Tokens.
10. CHANGES
Frisbii may amend these terms by giving at least 30 days’ notice.
If you do not agree, you may stop using the AI features and, for a paid plan, terminate it before the change applies.

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. The English version is the authoritative version.
