What is Frisbii AI?
Frisbii AI brings intelligence, automation and connectivity into Frisbii’s subscription management, recurring billing and payments platform. It includes Collections Agent, MCP Server, Token Wallet and Revenue Insights.
How do I get access?
Existing Frisbii customers can activate the AI capabilities available to them in-product. If you’re new to Frisbii, book a demo and we’ll show you what Frisbii AI can do for your business.
Which Frisbii products does it work with?
Frisbii AI is currently available for all Frisbii Billing and Frisbii Pay customers. However, we’re working on support for our other solutions (existing customers will receive an update about this). Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding our AI roadmap.
What are AI Tokens?
AI Tokens are the unit used to measure your use of Frisbii AI, across every capability. Each AI action uses a set number of tokens, listed on the AI token consumption rate card. AI Tokens have no cash value, can only be used in the Frisbii platform and can’t be transferred or refunded. See the AI Tokens Usage Terms.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
AI features pause until your allowance resets next month. You’re never moved to paid usage automatically, and unused tokens don’t carry over.
How is my data handled?
Customer data processed by Frisbii AI is handled under our Data Processing Agreement. Third-party AI providers act as sub-processors listed in that agreement.
Will more AI capabilities be added?
Yes. Frisbii AI is a foundation we keep building on, with new agents, intelligence and automation added as our customers’ needs evolve. New capabilities use the same AI Tokens.
