Frisbii E-Invoicing
Stay ahead of Europe’s e-invoicing rules without changing how you work
Frisbii E-Invoicing plugs into your existing billing flows and quietly takes care of e-invoicing formats, country rules, and delivery – covering France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
The problem
E-invoicing is coming to Europe
Across Europe, more countries are moving from PDF invoices to mandating the sending and receiving of structured e-invoices using official platforms. That’s great for governments and auditors but for merchants it often means:
- Different formats per country
- Extra portals to log into
- Risk of rejected invoices and delayed payments
- More work for finance and ops teams who are already stretched
- At worst, heavy fines for non-compliance
Frisbii E-Invoicing keeps all that complexity behind the scenes.
The solution
Compliant invoice generation for faster payments
Frisbii is your partner when it comes to automating, refining and scaling your business with a recurring billing platform for your payment, billing, and subscription management needs.
Generate invoices in Frisbii
Create invoices as usual from your subscriptions, usage, or one-off charges in Frisbii.
Frisbii transforms them into local e-invoice formats
We map your invoice data into the correct structured format (e.g. country-specific XML, Peppol BIS, local schemas).
We deliver via the right channel
Depending on the country, Frisbii delivers through national government platforms, Peppol network, certified local partners.
You get a clear status view in Frisbii

The right solution for you
E-invoicing for your market
Germany

Germany is introducing standardised electronic invoices and phasing out purely unstructured PDFs for B2B businesses.
With Frisbii, you can:
- Create German-compliant e-invoices directly from your Frisbii billing data
- Support formats compatible with local standards (e.g. XRechnung-style structures)
- Be ready for the shift from “nice to have” to “required” e-invoices
Outcome for German customers: you keep your existing subscription billing logic; Frisbii takes care of generating compliant e-invoices.
France

France is moving from PDFs and email attachments to platform-based e-invoicing only for B2B.
With Frisbii, you can:
Send and receive structured e-invoices via the certified government platform
Stay aligned with upcoming French B2B mandate
Meet archiving requirements with long-term, audit-proof storage
Outcome for French customers: invoices are accepted the first time, and you’re ready when full e-invoicing becomes mandatory in September 26.
Poland

Poland’s KSeF e-invoicing system will gradually move B2B invoicing into a central platform.
With Frisbii, you can:
- Prepare your invoice data for KSeF-style structured formats
- Avoid separate manual uploads or duplicate work in portals
- Keep one source of truth for your invoices in Frisbii
Outcome for Polish customers: you’re ready for KSeF without building your own integration.
Italy

Italy has been a pioneer in mandatory B2B e-invoicing since 2019, so the bar is higher.
With Frisbii, you can:
- Generate structured e-invoices based on your existing charge and tax setup
- Reduce rejection risk due to format or data issues
Outcome for Italian customers: you stay aligned with local rules while still using Frisbii as your recurring revenue hub.
Belgium

From 1 January 2026, structured e-invoicing is mandatory for domestic B2B transactions between Belgian VAT-registered businesses. Traditional paper or PDF invoices won’t be legally compliant for these transactions.
This means Belgian VAT registrants must issue and receive structured electronic invoices (e.g., via the Peppol network using the EN 16931 standard).
With Frisbii, you can:
- Send Peppol-ready e-invoices using data that already lives in Frisbii
- Standardise how you invoice Belgian customers alongside other EU markets
- Reduce manual corrections and re-sends
Outcome for Belgian customers: easy, Peppol-friendly e-invoicing across your customer base.
Denmark

Denmark already uses e-invoicing broadly in the public sector, and expectations are rising in B2B.
With Frisbii, you can:
- Generate e-invoices compatible with Danish requirements
- Deliver via Peppol / NemHandel-style flows where applicable
- Reuse the same Frisbii setup you use for subscriptions and billing today
Outcome for Danish customers: no extra systems to manage – just compliant e-invoicing on top of your existing Frisbii setup.
Sweden & Finland

The Nordics are ahead on digital invoicing, and many customers expect structured e-invoices as standard.
With Frisbii, you can:
- Offer e-invoicing as a standard option to Swedish and Finnish B2B customers
- Use Peppol and local formats without building your own connectors
- Keep variable pricing, discounts, and usage billing as is – we just translate it into the e-invoice format
Outcome for Swedish & Finnish customers: smoother B2B invoicing and fewer disputes about what was billed.
Austria & Netherlands

Both Austria and the Netherlands encourage e-invoicing for B2G and B2B, often using Peppol.
With Frisbii, you can:
- Send compliant e-invoices from the same place you manage your subscriptions
- Serve public sector and private customers with the same billing engine
- Reduce local one-off customisations per customer
Outcome for Austrian & Dutch customers: a professional, standardised e-invoice experience that fits local expectations.
