ACEH - Making the switch from an inhouse solution to Salesforce

ACEH is a French business that provides home improvement services such as renovation, roofing and facades to mostly private homeowners.

ACEH operates 13 locations in France, each with a different owner for the local invoicing.

Due to the scope of their projects as well as installment plans, invoices can be spread over long periods ranging from five to 15 years (covering renovation work combined with long-term maintenance). To optimize their invoice processes, ACEH was looking for a new solution.

Previously, ACEH used an inhouse CRM that helped each regional owner of invoicing. However, the inhouse solution required a lot of maintenance and could not support the company’s growth. Additionally, it allowed the premature deletion of invoices which caused numbering gaps and compliance issues.

ACEH was looking for a new solution that could scale with its growth, automate the invoice processing, centralize data and ensure compliance standards.

The choice was made to go with Salesforce because it could also cover all sales and marketing processes. For the invoice management, Salesforce suggested the native Frisbii App for Salesforce for recurring billing. The out-of-the-box app aligns with French regulatory standards and seamlessly fits into any Salesforce invoice setup.
