This depends on your business needs and the complexity of your setup. While you can self-serve and go live independently, we recommend speaking with our team for guidance if needed.
Steps to Get Started:
Explore the Platform – Start with a free trial or request a demo to see how our payment solution fits your business needs. We have rich functionality to explore.
Choose your payment methods – We offer of 50+ payment methods for you to pick from, meet customer demand with a flexible checkout – see which payment methods are most in demand in your region – not all payment methods are offered by the same acquirer so speak to one of our sales team for advice if needed.
Connect to an acquirer – Before you can process payments, you must have an acquirer agreement in place for credit card transactions and some alternative payment methods. This can be initiated directly through the platform when choosing your preferred payment methods. To note: There will be a processing period while the acquirer reviews and approves your application.
We recommend starting your acquirer application as soon as you log in under Payment Methods. If you already have an existing acquirer agreement, you can simply connect it within the platform too.
Setup a hosted checkout page – we offer a fully hosted customizable checkout to fit your brand capturing all the details you need to take a payment- alternatively you can embed the checkout into your own e-commerce store.
Technical Assessment (if applicable) – For larger or more complex setups, our team will assess any technical requirements to ensure seamless payment processing.
Yes and no. Our platform is acquirer-agnostic, giving you the flexibility to apply to multiple acquirers and initiate the process directly in the platform. However, acquirers have their own risk appetite and will assess your application based on factors like your business model, transaction volume, and region.
While we provide a selection of supported acquirers—including partners who may offer preferred rates—the final decision rests with the acquirer. Our team can guide you through the process to help you find the best fit for your business.
The test account is available to you until you go live. It is therefore not time-restricted and instead is free until you decide you’re ready to take the next step.
